Contact Information and Audit Details - Submission Information

The Date of Submission and Version number of the most recent submitted report will be automatically populated and displayed here for reference when a report has been submitted. Audit Template report version numbers will begin with ‘0’ for the first submission, and will increase by +1 every time a report is submitted, edited and re-submitted.

Some cities may not require this information for their reports, so these data fields may be hidden if the ‘Hide fields that are not required’ check box has been selected.

Note for New York Energy Efficiency Reports:  Energy audit data entry screens need to be completed for each BIN in a BBL.  Buildings within the same BBL need to be submitted by the same auditor.In cases where audits are carried out by different audit teams, buildings within a BBL may be shared between multiple auditors.
