The 10-point energy asset scoring scale has been retired and is no longer used by the Asset Scoring Tool.
Asset Score's focus is now on helping users explore retrofit options for their buildings. Using the recommendation engine, the tool estimates indicative energy savings by comparing a building's current site energy use intensity (EUI) against a proposed site EUI calculated from selected retrofit measures, rather than generating a single score against a fixed scale.
