Utility Data and Benchmarking – ESPM Affidavit

San Francisco, Berkeley and Los Angeles reports require a confirmation that verification of benchmark data in ESPM has been conducted. Importing ESPM data into AS is optional, however, the Portfolio Manager Building ID is a required field. Enter n/a if the ID is unavailable or unknown, and add an explanation in the Additional Comments field.

The Preliminary Energy Use Analysis fields must be completed before submitting an audit report. Select from the three radio button options. If ESPM data has been prevented from reviewing, select the third button which will display additional information regarding ASHRAE procedures, and a space to enter a reason why data cannot be verified.

Enter a name or initials in the Signed field and save the form.

Note: once the form has been signed, it may not be edited again.
