Report Inventory Table:
The table in the Template Dashboard displays the basic details of each template.
- Report ID: A unique identifier automatically assigned to each template upon creation.
- Report Name: The designated name of the reporting template. It must be unique across the system. The report name is validated for uniqueness when the template is created.
- Reporting?: Indicates whether the template is publicly accessible. In most cases, if marked Yes, the template will be visible to auditors in the Add Audit Report dropdown menu. However, actual visibility may also depend on an additional PNNL admin-only setting.
- Buildings: The number of building reports associated with the template.
- Submissions: The total number of building reports associated with the template that are submitted.
Template Management Options:
After clicking the gear icon ⚙️, you might see two options: New Building and Edit Report. (Note: If the template has no buildings or submissions, there is a third Delete Report menu item.)
CTC’s interface offers multiple navigation paths to reach these functions. Users can also navigate directly to individual templates to access the same options.

To delete templates without any buildings:

- Click With Selection:
- Choose Delete Reports.
