User Guide Overview:
This article outlines the features and functionalities of the Individual Template Dashboard.
Navigation:
To access the Template Dashboard:
- Click CITY.
- Select the desired city or organization.
- Click the Manage Reports button.
In the Template Dashboard, click the hyperlink to open a specific template or report. Below is an example of the Demo City Report Template Dashboard.

Template Configuration Overview:
The template configuration is organized into three sections:
- Report Information
- Contacts and Certification
- Data Collection
The template configuration overview is listed in three categories: “Report Information”, “Contacts and Certification”, and “Data Collection”.
Note:
Within the "Report Information" users can view the template settings in a clear, organized layout. This makes it easier to review and understand the structure and purpose of the template.

New Building
Use this function to create a new building for testing purposes. While the building itself is created like any other in Audit Template, it allows template creators to preview and validate the data entry process using templates that are not yet publicly accessible.
Edit Report
Use this option to modify the template configurations. For further details, refer to the Data Collection and Presentation in CTC guide.
