Has submission attachment for CACP plan?
On the “Submit Audit Report” page, please upload the CACP plan using the filename “CACP_Plan.pdf”. This naming convention allows the web tool to automatically verify that the required CACP plan has been submitted, ensuring adherence to the St. Louis template guidelines.
Affidavit
Please ensure that the submitted CACP plan adheres to the guidelines outlined in Section 5.3.4.3, "Developing a CACP Plan & Applying for a CACP," of the Building Energy Performance Standards (BEPS) Handbook. To confirm your compliance, select "Yes" on the affidavit statement and click "Save" to complete the affidavit verification.
