This page is available for city officials to view a historical display of audit reports submitted for an Audit Template building.  The building name, the city the report was submitted to, and a date/time stamp is listed, along with a version counter. Any notes that were added on the Submit to City page prior to submission, will be a visible in the Comment column.

Audit reports for each submission may be downloaded individually or in bulk by selecting the check box(es) in the far right column, and selecting the blue With Selection button and the Download Data pull down selection. A zip file will be available that contains pdf copies of the audit reports, and a single csv file with audit report data for each building listed on separate rows. 

Audit Template report version numbers will begin with ‘0’ for the first submission, and will increase by +1 every time a report is submitted, edited and re-submitted.
